- What inspired you to become a hairstylist?
- I always knew I wanted a job I was passionate about. I fell in love with doing my own hair color and then started doing some friends hair. I quickly realized my passion chatting with people, being creative, and making them feel beautiful.
- What types of services do you specialize in or love doing most?
- I absolutely love foiling! Color in general is very rewarding to do; noticing skin tones, eye colors, stubborn greys, its amazing how different you can look and feel after a fresh new color.
- How would you describe your approach behind the chair?
- I want anyone in my chair to feel noticed and comfortable, whether you see me once a year or every four weeks. I love psychology so im not afraid to get deep, but I also love light hearted conversations and enjoy quiet moments. It makes my day when my clients enjoy their experience, I genuinely care and hope they see and feel that.
- What do you enjoy doing outside of the salon?
- I have a 2 year old daughter who is the center of my world. My boyfriend and I have a very full busy life, two cats and a puppy, our days are filled with being outside, staying active, and prioritizing the occasional mom and dad date night out. I love being social but I get my biggest peace from being outside in nature, kayaking on a summer day is my favorite!
- What’s one fun fact or something most people don’t know about you?
- I have a lot of tattoos. I said I would never get a pet tattooed but I have one already and can be easily convinced
